Return Policy
You have the possibility to return your item(s) 30 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unused with original labels attached, qualify for a return.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or missing original labels will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
*Please note that shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
You will be refunded for a purchase up to 99 Euro within 10 business days after we have received the returned products in their original condition with package, hang-tags and labels.
In case the price of the products exceeds 99 Euro you will be refunded within 15 business days after we have received the product/s.
In case that you have not received your parcel within 10 business days we will contact out shipping partners and initiate a refund.
How do I return an item I purchased online
Online purchases must be returned via post.
- When you receive the product/s you will also receive a Return Form as well.
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- We recommend to pack the item/s for return in the original packaging if possible.
- Place all the items you selected to return, including the Return Form, into the packager and seal it.
- Make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the package.
- Hand the commercial invoice to the courier and keep your tracking ID provided by the courier.
A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection and an automated refund email notification is sent to confirm the details of the return.
Generally, returns are processed approximately within 5 business days of receipt in the warehouse. However, during sales and promotional periods, it may take longer than usual.
Please note, we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

Well, opposite to its name the brand offers goods and great variety of fabrics and is international player in the clothing industry. The name is so to say different and intreagueing. It is meaningful and memorable and so is the logo of the brand. Usually when something is said to be forbidden, it attracts additional attention and interest.
